Things That Matter
I read this quote this morning and I shared it on all of my social media profiles. Here it is:
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”
―Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

That quote resonates with me because I think about all of the child abuse cases that go unreported, the molesters who molest children for years and years and years, the bullies that have bullied for so long and have been allowed to continue. Why do we remain silent about things that matter? Isn’t it time that we spoke up?
I believe that it is. If you haven’t check out my girl fight prevention initiative, here’s the link: www.canshebesaved.com

PS. Please leave me a comment and let me know why you feel that we’re silent about the things that matter. Is it because we feel that we have too much to lose? Is it that we just don’t want to get involved?
