Setting a schedule can balance your life! If you don’t believe me, read below….

I’ve always been sort of a task-master, a person who believes in “to-do” lists, a person who believes that unproductive days are wasted days. But, I recently realized that I was writing during times when I felt less than creative and I was working out during times when I wanted to be writing. In other words, I was out of balance. I decided to ignore everything that I knew about my schedule and to let my body and mind find its own rhythm. A big change happened!  When my body and mind got in sync, I started being MORE productive and enjoying life a whole lot better.

Here are 3 reasons why you should set a schedule for yourself that works with your body AND mind.

  1. You’ll be more productive. You’ll work when you really want to work. This will make your output higher.
  2. You’ll be able to relax easier because you’ve worked productively at the right time. So, you won’t be worrying about working when its time for relaxing.
  3. You’ll find your life more enjoyable because the balance will be there.

At this moment, I’m writing a blog for my website that I know is being written at the most productive time for my blog writing. I am loving this productivity right now!
