I’ve done all of my squats for the Squat Challenge. I’ve sorta been vacillating between doing the regular squat challenge and the easy squat challenge. I took a photo.  Its probably too early to see if the squats have made a difference yet. But, for everyone who has joined the challenge, I wanted you to know that I’m with you. Let’s  do this thing!!!

On Day 3 my legs were hurting so bad that I soaked in Epsom Salt just to be able to do the 75 squats. But on Day 4, my legs don’t hurt so much. I got up and did them.  I was surprised that I wasn’t screaming the whole time.
